Flammable Hot Works
Flammable Hot Works
All jobs performed with tools that generate sparks or heat are classified as Flammable Hot Works.
To carry out hot work, there must always be at least two people involved: the Permit Issuer (the Client) and the Executor (the person performing the work). If the permit issuer determines that the work to be performed is flammable, he/she must issue a written permit to the executor(s) and also assess whether one or more Fire Watchers are required.
The training is standardized for all professional groups and takes 6–8 hours. Through this training, you gain the authorization to act as a Permit Issuer, Executor, and Fire Watcher, as well as the right to work with waterproofing layers on roofs and balconies.
Upon completion of the training, a certificate is issued by Svenska Brandsäkerhetsföretag utbildning AB / SVEBRA, which is valid for 5 years. All training is conducted by a certified course leader.
